The following disk space rental rates apply for
pre-purchased increases in disk space allotments for the services described.
If you prefer not to pre-purchase disk space,
excess usage fees will apply.
For those situations where additional disk space is
required you may increase your disk space allowance by adding the cost of
additional disk space, shown below, to your regular monthly hosting fee. Pricing for
pre-purchased disk space is as follows:

All EPI provisioned disk storage is delivered using
RAID technology. RAID technology duplicates your data and spreads this
duplicate information across multiple hard disks. This helps to
protect your valuable data from loss due to failed or corrupted disk
drive units and provides a "hot" copy of your data which continues to
support your web service or web application while repairs are
performed.
Nightly Backup
All prices include up to 14 days of
nightly backup. Nightly backups allow EPI to recover lost or corrupted
data files on demand. Clients requiring longer term backup times,
rotating off-site backup or other special services should contact EPI for
a custom quotation. For further information, please review

Dedicated Storage
Solutions:
Clients looking to further lower their disk space storage costs
may find it economical to deploy an EPI managed dedicated storage
solution. EPI offers a full range of managed NAS, SAN and other storage solutions for which nightly backup, RAID and other

Excess Use Service Charges
EPI recommends that you pre-purchase sufficient
disk space to meet your requirements.
Excess use charges apply to clients utilizing more than their permitted
maximum disk space allowance and are invoiced at a monthly rate of $0.15 per
MB or $29.50 per GB, whichever is less. The minimum excess use service fee
is $9.50 per month.
EPI reserves the rate to adjust pre-purchased and excess disk space usage

Rates available to clients on new
fixed price one, two or three year contracts only.
Clients on one year prepaid web site or other one year prepaid
subscriptions may obtain long term rates by pre-paying for the required
disk space allotment for the remaining period of your prepaid term
provided that a minimum of six months is remaining. If less than six months are
remaining on your prepaid term then you may obtain long term rates by extending your prepaid service
for an additional year and by prepaying for the additional year plus
the proportionate term remaining.
