Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services (EHS), is a suite of four distinct services that help organizations protect themselves from e-mail-borne malware, satisfy retention requirements for compliance, encrypt data to preserve confidentiality and preserve access to e-mail during and after emergency situations.

Microsoft Exchange Hosted Filtering
which helps to protect client emails from viruses, spy-ware, spam and other forms of malware.

Microsoft Exchange Hosted Continuity
which provides accessible e-mail during and after network outages.

Microsoft Exchange Hosted Encryption
which provides policy-based encryption from sender to recipient.

Microsoft Exchange Hosted Archive
which help satisfy industry and regulatory retention requirements.

Services are deployed over the Internet using a �Software as a Service� model which helps minimize additional capital investment, free up IT resources to focus on other value-producing initiatives, and mitigate messaging risks before they reach the corporate firewall. With just a simple mail exchange (MX) record configuration change, Exchange Hosted Services can be up and running quickly. There is no additional hardware to provision; no additional software to buy, install, or configure; and no expensive training required for your IT staff.

Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services pricing is as follows:

Hosted Filtering	$2.35 per user	Exchange Hosted Filtering is a fully managed service that employs multiple technologies to help prevent spam, viruses, and phishing scams from reaching corporate networks and to help enforce corporate e-mail-use policies.

Hosted Encryption	$2.55 per user	Exchange Hosted Encryption is a policy-based e-mail encryption service customizable policies based on users, keywords, character patterns, attachment types, and more to identify messages that require encryption.

Hosted Continuity	$3.30 per user	Exchange Hosted Continuity is an e-mail continuity service that is always on, providing your user community with access to the last 30 days of e-mail and the ability to send and receive e-mail in real time, even when the primary e-mail system is unavailable.

Hosted Archive	$11.75 per user	Exchange Hosted Archive is a managed service that captures and archives external and internal mail, IM, and Bloomberg mail according to your retention period. When the retention period is met, messages are automatically destroyed. This per-user price for Hosted Archive includes a three-year retention period for up to 3.6 GB per user. Additional retention years are also available for an additional charge. Extra storage and historical data loads at the time of purchase are available based on per-GB pricing.

Five user minimum subscription required. Clients of this service without EPI Internet Direct hosted Microsoft Exchange Server accounts will be invoiced quarterly. Setup fees apply. Setup fees vary depending on the number of user accounts included with your subscription and the combination of EHS services included with your subscription. Hosted Continuity is included with Hosted Archive; therefore, purchase one or the other and not both.
