Yes. The maximum size of individual emails is 20MB or, if the amount of disk space remaining in your mailbox is less than 20MB then the amount of the remaining unused disk space available for your mailbox.

Yes. Browser based email is available at http://webmail.epidirect.com.
4.   Can I send or receive email using Outlook or another email program?
Yes. Any POP3 compatible program including Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, etc. can be used to send and receive email from your EPI email account.

The only difference is in the size of individual mailboxes. Mailboxes included with web site subscriptions provide 25 MB of disk space (each) for storing messages. Web site clients requiring larger mailbox sizes must purchase a Managed POP3 E-Mail subscription or upgrade to a Microsoft Exchange Server hosting service.

Yes. Both inbound and outbound email messages are automatically scanned for viruses. If a virus is detected the email message is deleted.

Although we catch many viruses, you should never rely only on the email scanning technology EPI uses to catch and remove viruses. EPI strongly recommends that every customer run some form of anti-virus protection on their computers. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by viruses that may pass through our servers and infect your computer.

Yes. EPI's servers scan all incoming emails and performs a number of tests to determine if the message being sent to you represents SPAM. If the email is determined to be SPAM it is deleted.

Yes. To prevent email from a friend or associate from being flagged as SPAM simply sign-in to the EPI Webmail interface and add your friends email address to your address book's contact list. Be sure to enter their email address exactly as it is sent to you.
