MX-Contact is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution that runs
inside Microsoft Outlook and works in conjunction with EPI's hosted
Microsoft Exchange solution to help you manage your customers and contacts.
With MX-Contact you benefit from the features of a powerful CRM, Contact
Management and Sales Force Automation solution. MX-Contact is integrated as
part of Outlook transforming Outlook into a powerful CRM solution.
You no longer have to jump around your desktop going from application to
application in order to manage e-mail, customers, contacts, sales
opportunities or support issues.
MX-Contact helps you create, manage and share information about the
businesses and people you work with, partner with, sell to and support.
Using the Shared Folders feature of Microsoft Exchange Server, MX-Contact
creates a secure, easily managed database for recording and managing all of
your important CRM and customer/supplier/partner contact information.
Company and Contact Profiling
Company and Contact Profiling permits you to maintain detailed views of
all of the businesses and people you communicate with including existing or
prospective customers, suppliers, partners, etc.
Using MX-Contact you can easily manage and track appointments, tasks,
sales opportunities, purchases, customer history and other information and
keep this information organized to match the needs of your business.
E-mail sent and received can automatically be linked to companies and
contacts and copied to your hosted Exchange Server public folder. Word,
Excel, PDF and other documents can be linked to the companies, contacts or
opportunities you are managing, allowing others in your organization to
track (based on appropriate individual security rights) correspondence and
other information relating to your customers, prospects or suppliers.
Scheduling and Activity Management
Scheduling and Activity Management allows you to track all interactions
with your clients, prospects and suppliers. Details of visits, meetings,
phone calls, documents and e-mails can be kept, all using the standard
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office components you're already familiar
with.
MX-Contact allows you to link Outlook appointments to companies and
contacts, and linked appointments are seamlessly copied to your EPI hosted
MX-Contact public folder so that anyone in your organization can see who has
scheduled activities with various clients.
Likewise, tasks can be added to reflect actions that need to be take for
particular organizations or contacts.
Opportunity Management
(requires Sales Module, available separately)
All potential sales to companies and contacts are called Opportunities.
MX-Contact Opportunity Management features allow you to collect and report
on a variety of information, such as the probability of closing a sale,
estimated closing dates and more.
MX-Contact provides features to help you maintain information about the
products and services you sell, and helps you create quotes and orders.
